This is our pila. It is an outdoor sink. It has a deep well in the middle that you can fill when the water's on, so you can use the water the rest of the day. Most houses here have a pila. People use them to wash dishes and do laundry. We have a washer and a kitchen sink but sometimes we use the pila also to wash when there's not a lot of water.
